1) Rapid housing placement
Speed matters. Every day outside increases risk, cost, and trauma. We move fast to secure stable housing.
2) Stabilization support
Support isn’t optional. We coordinate benefits, clinical care, crisis prevention, and a path to steady income.
3) Corridor targeting
We focus resources where they reduce chronic street homelessness the most — high-need corridors, not random scattering.
4) Accountability
We measure what matters. The standard isn’t “placed.” The standard is still housed.
We are not interested in “services delivered.”
Services are means. Permanence is the end.
